What We Do

Biomechanical
Wellness / Conditioning For Sport R "I've been amazed at
how much I've learned about the importance of proper biomechanics, and just how to listen to my body. Tom has
helped me to overcome injuries to become a better athlete than I ever thought possible. He's the best!" R - Paige Davis, NCAA Division I All-American & AVP Pro R Musculoskeletal
imbalances and asymmetries are common in the general population. For the competitive athlete, who is subjecting his
or her body to the rigor of conditioning, practice and competition, those normally discreet anomalies are magnified. Undetected
and unaddressed, they create weaknesses and inhibitions that create an environment favorable to injury. R We strongly believe in assessing for these, and then correcting them. The
ability to do so is beyond the scope of a "trainer", requiring a more substantial and professional clinical education
and experience.R R Once symmetry and balance are established, we provide conditioning services based
on the CHAOS, Accelerated Performance Training™ model. Clients are placed in a high stress, unstable environment,
similar to that in which they have to compete. The workouts have no repeatable patterns, forcing continuous mental engagement,
with no opportunity for adaptation. R The result is continuous functional strength and endurance improvement, with no training plateaus, reinforcing the
work and inspiring continued effort. Although this style of conditioning is extraordinarily challenging, it is very
safe, with an emphasis on maintaining proper biomechanics, with balance and stability.

Advocacy / Comprehensive Injury Management R "If it
were not for Tom, I may not have recovered from my Achilles tear in 2007. As it were, I came back stronger, faster and more
powerful than before the injury occurred, amazingly, I had actually improved my vertical leap over my career best!"
R - Donald Suxho, 3-Time NCAA Division I All-American, Team USA Volleyball, & 2009-2010
Italian League MVP R In the event of an injury, receiving
an incorrect or incomplete diagnosis, making a wrong decision regarding the selection of a medical specialist, or receiving
an inappropriate treatment, can have a profound impact on the balance of a career. With so much at stake, you want to
ensure you are receiving the most qualified opinions, and that recommended treatment is in "your" best interest,
not that of the team or others who have a vested interest in your performance.

and trusted advisor to our Clients on all matters relating to health and medicine. We recruit and then function

of an injury, we are available 24/7 for consultation. We can immediately locate an independent expert medical
specialist, with the expertise required to provide you with an consultation, including an accurate diagnosis, the recommended
acute care , and a realistic recommended plan for rehabilitation, all based on best current medical practice. R We choreograph and manage all the logistics associated with
the end to end treatment and rehabilitation process, accompany you to appointments, interface with all caregivers, and
ensure treatment and care are appropriate and in line with your goals and objectives
