Last week, down in Hermosa, I was introduced to a young, Slater Trout by the McCalls. He joined us for two very hard workouts. What an athlete! Slater is already smokin' the old guys in elite level paddleboard competitions. His physical maturity is ridiculous. Check out Slater's website at www.slatertrout.com. You're going to continue to hear more about him as the years go by. 

Monday was hec-tic! Half-day at HAX, then to the beach to see more clients. The beautiful weather was an offset for sure. After dinner I was in the office returning email, and phone calls, and getting back to my clients on a variety of issues. Finished with some reading til 11:30pm. Lights out. 

Tomorrow morning I'm back at HAX, with clients lined up for appointments; DJ Strawberry Jr., then a group including Deji Akindele, Alfred Aboya, Nikola Dragovic, Christian Maraker, Marcus Wlliams, Lindsey Berg, concluding with a rising prep star.

Then I'm off to Physioptherapy Associates to see two clients working with Heather Seyfert, DPT in their rehab programs.

Next, to the beach, to check on Paige Davis, Gretchen Dufner returning from their east coast AVP Tournaments, and finally the McCall brothers - Conner, who is headed to Boulder to play volleyball at the University of Colorado, and Colin, his younger brother, an upcoming prep VB powerhouse.
